| 摘 要： | 创新是民族进步的灵魂。进入21世纪，在全面建设小康社会和创新型国家的指引下，培养“最具革命性的创新一代”对我国社会主义现代化建设具有十分重要的作用。而创新人才的培养又有赖于高等教育领域的创新。高等教育创新的目的是通过对教育结构要素的重新组合或对教育生产函数的重新设计，为发展我国的知识生产力作出更大的贡献。因此，发展知识生产力，应当成为我国高等教育创新的一项战略任务。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the nationality＇s progressive soul. In 21st century, under the leadership of the well-off society of comprehensive construction and innovative country, to cultivate ＂an innovative generation who has the most revolutionary＂ to have very important function on the socialist modernization drive of our country, and the cultivation of innovative talent depends on the education of the field of higher education. The purpose of the higher education innovation is to restructure or redesign of the educational production function of the structural element of education, make greater contribution for the knowledge productivity of developing our country. So, develop knowledge productivity, should become a strategic task of higher education innovation of our country. |
