| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆往往同时身兼教学和科研两大服务目标,然而,这两类目标的需求和服务模式存在较大差异。笔者结合多年的教学与科研经验,详细研究了在这两个不同任务下的用户需求和服务目标。然后,结合知识经济时代图书馆的服务发展特点,分别提出了基于深度和广度的信息服务模式。重点阐述了这两种服务模式的内涵、实现方法,最后分析了高校图书馆应对这种差异化服务的策略。
