| 摘 要： | 信息技术的发展正在促使工业经济向网络经济转变,但是我国企业目前由于认识滞后,自身管理机制、运行机制以及产业结构等方面存在的问题,尚未成为网络经济的主体.同时,我国还存在着网络技术的安全问题,使用问题和法律问题等.我国企业应利用发展中国家的后发优势,融入网络经济发展的大潮.

| Abstract: | The development of information technique is promoting the change from industrial economy to net-economy, but enterprises in China are now still not the main part of net-economy owing to the recognition lagging behind, the problems of self-management, operating system and industrial structure. Meanwhile, there are still problems of safety of network technique, trustworthiness, and law perfection. Enterprises in China should take the potential advantages of developing country, and blend themselves into the waves of net-economy development. |
