| 摘 要： | 新闻道德根据论的任务之一，就是要回答历史的、具体的新闻道德为什么是这样的，而不是那样的，特别要回答如此道德的合理性何在、根据在哪里。不理解一定的社会存在，就不可能理解一定社会中的道德存在。正是一定社会存在的特殊性，即一定社会经济、政治、文化、技术以及习惯、传统、社会心理等等的特殊性，从根本上决定了其新闻存在、新闻活动的特殊性，从根本上决定了不同历史环境、现实环境中新闻道德表现的特殊性。
