| 摘 要： | 循环经济的出现是人类社会经济发展进程中的客观现象,只有通过不断的技术进步,才能实现更大范围和更高效率的资源循环利用。这里分析了建立循环经济评价指标的基本思路,并对循环经济发展的统计指标的建立做了研究,对实现经济社会可持续发展具有重要的意义。
