| 摘 要： | 调查、研究结果表明,当前我国竞技体育后备人才的训练态度总体状况较好,主要体现在认知和情感成份上,属“情感型”;但尚未达到稳定化程度。后备人才训练态度的亚层结构有9个方面特征,表现出一定的层次性。其中,训练动机和训练意向的稳定性较差。

| Abstract: | Investigations and research results show that the training attitude of the reserve talents for athletic sports is generally good at present, which is mainly embodied in the cognition and emotion and belongs to the 'emotional type'. But the training attitude hasn't reached to the stability level. The paper presents 9 features in the sub-layer structure of the reserve talents' training attitude, which show a certain degree of gradation. Among the features, the stability of the training motivation and intention is relatively poor. |
