摘    要:PHEP体验教学模式根据高职院校学生未来职业特点设置体验场景,根据岗位需求进行课程设置,突出高职教育的特点,有助于高职教育与企业需求的无缝接合。然而,职业英语教师缺少行业岗位能力及职业指导能力也是不争的事实,如何改变这一现状,拓展英语教师的生存空间这一问题的解决刻不容缓。基于这一现状,结合中山火炬职业技术学院高职英语课程设置,针对行业英语教师的角色定位进行了分析和探讨,并为行业英语教师的可持续发展提出了相应建议,为高职院校公共英语教师角色转换提供参考。

Abstract:PHEP teaching mode sets experiencing scene according to the career characteristics of the students in the vocational college.Curriculum provisions are arranged in accordance with the position requirements.The teaching mode stressed the features of vocational education and contributes to the seamless connection between the colleges and enterprises.However,it is the unarguable phenomenon that the vocational teachers lack the vocational aptitudes.How to change the situation and expand the development space of the English teacher doesn’t permit of any delay.
