| 摘 要： | 以宇龙数控仿真软件为基础,研究了该软件在实际教学中的应用。对初次学习数控机床操作的学生,易出现操作过程中事故率高、机床设备等损坏大特点,并结合我校数控实训设备少,学生多的实际情况,利用数控仿真软件进行数控编程和数控仿真实训。结果表明,该方法基本上保证每个学生都能操作,解决了数控设备少的问题,提高了学生的编程能力和机床的操作能力,为学生以后真正操作数控机床打下良好的基础。

| Abstract: | Base on the application of Yulong NC simulation software in own practice teaching,,the accident rate is high and a large machine equipment damage for the initial learning of the students in operating CNC machine.Sichuan Science and Technology College with CNC equipment less training,students of the actual situation,the use of digital simulation software for CNC programming and CNC simulation training,basically to ensure that each student be able to operate CNC equipment to solve a few problems for the future real operating CNC machine tools to lay a good foundation.Yulong diversity of simulation software system for students to adapt quickly to lay a solid foundation of society.Improve their programming skills and ability to operate the machine.Yulong simulation software it is a simulation software,it can not completely substitute teaching,especially in CNC machining training. |
