| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了贵重仪器共享管理中的“管理者”与“使用者”的相互关系，在分析中山医学院科研仪器管理中心实施贵重仪器管理者与使用者角色分离实践的基础上，从环境、制度、组织、资金等方面提出了两者角色分离的相应条件。
