| 摘 要： | 机械创新设计实验室的开放式管理具有一定的难度。采用传统的管理方式，工作量大，效率不高。我们采用实验室预约系统让学员自主预约实验设备，利用实验室管理系统让学员自主管理实验室，利用合理手段让学员自主培训，自定实验项目，并取得了良好的效果。
