| 摘 要： | 涪陵在20世纪90年代初至21世纪初进行的第一次创业,实现了经济腾飞,积累了宝贵经验。涪陵的第二次创业,既面临着良好的机遇,又面临着严峻问题。必须借鉴经验,抓住机遇,突出重点、采取根本性措施,促进涪陵经济社会又好又快发展。

| Abstract: | Fuling has carried on the first undertaking from the beginning of 1990s to the beginning of 21st century, realized economical soaring and accumulated valuable experience. The second undertaking of Fuling, not only face the good opportunity but also face the stern question. Must benefit from other experience, seize the opportunity, lay emphasis on priority, take essential measures, and promote the good and fast development of economic society of Fuling. |
