| 摘 要： | 随着社会体育自身的规模和复杂化的增长,要求体育制度在配置资源、动力和信息方面的方式必须加以根本转变,没有这些变化,社会体育活动将日益丧失效率和发展动力。有关社会体育的制度创新并非只是人为地制定一些规则,制度的有效运作离不开社会互动和社会利益的平衡,离不开社会行动主体的认同和遵从。

| Abstract: | It must be changed for sports institution to dispose the resources,motive force and information along with increase in scale and complicacy of social sports.Without this change,the development of social sports will lose the efficiency and motive force.It is not artificially establishing some regulation about system innovation in social sports.Effective operation of the system cannot do without the social interaction,the balance of social benefits,also the identity and obedience of the main body of social action. |
