| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作的成效不如人意,急需吸收心理学的优秀成果。借鉴来访者中心疗法理论,加强思想政治工作者的自身素质,发挥受教育者的主体作用,改善教育者与受教育者之间的关系,对于改进思想政治工作大有裨益。
