文化创意大专业平台人才培养模式探析

摘    要:创意人才的培养及其成长机制广为政府、高校和园区所重视,成都大学立足"城市型综合大学"的办学定位,在创意人才培养新路径方面进行了积极探索,创新构建了跨文学、艺术和管理学科的"文化创意大专业平台"人才培养模式和"一心三翼五模块"人才培养机制;在课程建设上,创新植入且强化了"两基一专"课程群;在"五模块"的培养实施基础上,尤其注重实验创意设计教学、企业创意产业教育和第二课堂的创意活动教学。

Abstract:Creative talents cultivation and their growth are widely paid attention to by the government,universities and enterprises.Based on school running orientation of ″urban comprehensive university″,Chengdu University has actively explored the new path of creative talents training,a new interdisciplinary talent training mode(including literature,art and management) of cultural creative major platform and a new training mechanism of ″one core,three sides and five modules.″ In course construction,two basic course groups and a specialized one were added in the training program and strengthened.While the ″five modules″ teaching went on,the experimental creative design teaching,creative enterprise teaching and the second class creative activities teaching were especially emphasized.
