| 摘 要： | 构建地方高校与新农村建设共生双赢的合作机制是构建和谐区域社会的内在要求。实践中，要紧紧围绕“人才培养”、“科学研究”和“文化引领”这三个中心，着力构建地方高校与新农村建设共生双赢的合作机制。同时，进一步深化认识，筑牢地方高校与新农村建设共生双赢的思想基础；宣传引导，营造地方高校与新农村建设共生双赢的舆论氛围；完善机制，奠定地方高校与新农村建设共生双赢的组织保障；强化研究，夯实地方高校与新农村建设其生双赢的理论根基。

| Abstract: | To establish a mutual win-win cooperation mechanism between local universities and new village constructions is the inner requirement of constructing harmonious area society.In practice,the establishment of this mechanism should centre on talents cultivation,scientific research and culture leading.Meanwhile,it also bases on constant learning,more introduction,per-fect mechanism and more research. |
