| 摘 要： | 针对高校期刊存在的问题提出,高校期刊应该保留事业体制;不应该归口管理,同时也希望高校期刊有自己的评价标准,建议学校在经济上、政策上给与扶持。国家在高校期刊改革与发展方面给予政策上的支持。

| Abstract: | The problems of academic journals were discussed in tiffs paper. Academic joumals should maintain administrative system and should not put under centralized management by specialized departments. At tire same time academic journals should have their own evaluation standard, This paper suggested that the university should support it on the economy and policy. The support should also be given by the goveminent on the reformation and developmemt of academic joumal. |
