| 摘 要： | 建筑业农民工的安全现状不容乐观，其安全保障已成为重要的社会问题之一。该行业农民工安全事故时常发生有多种原因，应从法律制度、政府行政、社会保障、企业管理、民工素质等方面入手，尽快建立该行业农民的安全保障机制。

| Abstract: | The safe present condition of the building industry farmer work allows of no the optimism, its safety guarantees have become the one of the important and social problems.This text through building industry farmer work of safe present condition, analyzed to result in seven basic reasons that safe trouble in work in the profession's farmer often take place thoroughly, combine from the legal system system, government the administration, society guarantees, different on the side in etc. in character in work in management, people in business enterprise, six measure that put forward to reply the safe trouble in work in farmer in building industry, want that consults safety that establish the profession's farmer work guarantees mechanism have very much necessarily value. |
