| 摘 要： | 现代教师教育制度包括教师教育机构的认定制度、教师资格认证制度、教师教育课程认定制度、教师学历教育制度、教师继续教育制度等。当前,我国教师教育制度建设中存在的主要问题是,教师职业待遇不高、教师教育实践匮乏、教师教育标准陈旧等。因此,应创新教师教育制度,推进不同地区教师教育标准的动态平衡,并不断完善教师教育标准,定期开展教师资格认证,促进教师的专业发展,提高教师的专业素养,大力提高教师的社会地位和经济待遇,进而建设中国特色的现代教师教育制度。

| Abstract: | The modern teacher education system consists of accreditation system of teacher education institutions,accreditation system of teacher qualification,accreditation system of teacher curriculum,system of teacher's diploma programs and system of teacher's continuing education.At present,the outstanding problems existing in the Chinese teacher education system are mainly shown in the following aspects: the teacher's low vocational treatment,the lack of teacher educational practice and the obsolescence of teacher education standard,etc.Therefore,to establish a modern teacher education system with Chinese characteristics,it needs to innovate teacher education system,propel the dynamic balance of teacher education standard in different areas,perfect teacher education standard,carry out teacher's qualification certification regularly,promote teacher's professional development,enhance teacher's professional quality,and improve teacher's social status and economical treatment. |
