| Abstract: | The main academic activities of Professor Wang Zhongmin in Peking University during 1947 - 1958 are overviewed in this paper. Firstly, his contributions to the foundation of the department as well as to the well - established major are addressed. Furthermore, some courses that Professor Wang ever taught in the department are introduced, followed by some brief comments from the author in the last section. |
