| 摘 要： | 中国共产党的执政地位,是中国近代历史发展的必然产物,也是中国人民基于历史必然性所做的自觉和自愿选择,同时还是中国共产党自身努力奋斗取得的丰硕成果。中国共产党执政地位的保持在于党的先进性,党的先进性集中体现为“三个代表”。贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,关键在坚持与时俱进,核心在坚持党的先进性,本质在坚持执政为民。

| Abstract: | Without the Chinese Communist Party, there would have been no New China. With the Chinese Communist Party, China has put on an entirely new look. This is the fundamental and most important conclusion drawn by the Chinese people from the 80 years of struggle.The important thought of the "Three Represents" is a powerful theoretical weapon for strengthening and improving Party building. Persistent implementation of the "Three Represents" is the foundation for building our Party, the cornerstone of its governance and the source of its strength. The implementation of the "Three Represents" means, in essence, keeping pace with the times, maintaining the Party's progressiveness and exercising the state power in the interests of the people.The "Three Represents" is always in a process of development and progvess. It must carry out the"Three Represents" in all endeavors of the socialist construction and in all aspects of Party building, so that it always advances with the times and shares weal and woe with the people. |
