| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛总书记所提出的＂构建社会主义和谐社会＂,强调科学发展观,正是针对我国在经济快速发展的过程中,逐渐迷失了社会发展的根本目的,偏离了社会之＂善＂（不损害一人利益而反应和体现所有公民的更高层次的需求）,而一味地追求＂善的型＂（生产力或者国民经济总量）这一问题。党和政府正是是站在历史的特殊发展阶段,对过去几十年的社会发展模式的一种总结和理论反思,为我国中国特色社会主义的＂社会之善＂标明了最终的路线和方向。

| Abstract: | ＂ Building a socialist harmonious society＂that proposes by the general secretary Hu Jin-tao,stressed the scientific concept of development,in the process of rapid economic development in our country,it has gradually lost the fundamental purpose of social development,deviates from society ＂good＂（Without prejudice to the interests of one reaction and reflects a higher level of all citizens demand）,and to pursue ＂good type＂（productivity or total economy） this problem.Party and the government stands on the particular stage of development of the history,as a summary and theoretical reflection in the past few decades social development model,marked the end of the line and direction for ＂good society＂ of our socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
