| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法,分析新疆竞技体育的优势和不足,找出影响新疆竞技体育可持续发展的因素,提出用系统的观点统筹影响新疆竞技体育发展的各方面因素、加大资金投入、提高教练员、运动员的主观能动性、加大制度创新力度的路径选择思路,实现新疆竞技体育和谐、可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Through the literature,logical analysis to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of Xinjiang＇s competitive sports,to identify the factors affecting the sustainable development of Xinjiang competitive sports,put forward that to use systematic views to co-ordinate various factors of the development of competitive sports in Xinjiang,increase funding,improve the initiative of coaches,athletes,increase the intensity of the path selection system innovation ideas,to achieve sustainable development in harmony of sports games. |
