| 摘 要： | 在工程建设实施中,对建设工程项目投资控制是工程建设管理的重要组成部分。也就是在投资决策阶段、设计阶段、建设项目发包阶段和建设实施阶段,把建设项目投资的发生控制在批准的投资限额以内,以求能合理使用人力、物力、财力,取得较好的投资效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | During the project,it is an important component of managing the construction project management or the project investment.At the stage of investment decision,design,the project distribute and construction,we should control the project investment within the limit of the investment approved,so that we should use manpower,material resources,financial resources rationally,and make better investment benefits and social benefits. |
