| 摘 要： | 发达国家利用金融资本的运作在全球价值链上占据了垄断地位,并利用金融资本和产业资本的融合对全球供应链进行整合和治理。目前在全球价值链分工体系中,作为全球制造中心的中国只能获得低端价值,产业安全受到了严重威胁,中国成为了全球风险中心,急需产业升级和调整。而全球金融危机提供了历史机遇,中国应该抓住国际分工变化的时机,进行科学的产业规划,将金融资本与产业资本有机融合,实现顺利转型。在产业升级中,中国的风险管理尤其是金融风险管理不同于传统,需要构建中国式的风险管理模式应对新的挑战。
