摘    要:采用非共价分子印迹技术,以对苯二胺(p-PD)为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,制备了p-PD分子印迹聚合物,并利用静态平衡法研究了印迹聚合物的结合能力和选择性。结果表明,在印迹聚合物中存在两类结合位点,离解常数分别为2.57×10^-4mol/L和3.71×10^-3mol/L;对应的最大结合位点数分别为19.7μmol/g和80.7μmol/g;p-PD印迹聚合物能够选择性结合p-PD。

Abstract:p-Phenylenediamine (p-PD)-moleculady imprinted polymer (MIP) was prepared by non-covalent molecular imprinting technique using p-PD as the template molecule and methacrylic acid as the monomer. The molecular recognition and binding characteristics oftbe imprinted polymer were investigated via batch method. Scatchard analysis showed that two kinds of sites existed on the polymer matrix and their dissociation constants were estimated to be 2.57×10^-4mol/L and 3.71 ×10^-3mol/L, respectively. MIP exhibited much higher affinity for p-PD among the tested analogues, which indicated that the imprinted polymer could recognize p-PD.
