| 摘 要： | 我国高等职业教育发展到今天,注重内涵发展已成为改革发展的战略重点。本文对高等教育大众化阶段初期高等职业教育的特征进行了分析,着眼于大众化教育过程带来的多元质量观需要,从集团化办学、集约化经营、集成化管理的角度,提出联盟重组、整合资源的集约经营方式。
