| 摘 要： | 以高等教育改革与发展为理论立点,结合西藏高等医学教育发展实际,系统阐述了改革医学教育课程结构、教学内容与方法,巩固教学实践基地,推进"通识教育",发展医学终身教育,倡导建立学习型社会等方面的思路,提出了医学教育国际化的可操作性的对策与措施。

| Abstract: | Based on theories of reform and development of higher education and the development of higher medical education in Tibet,the writer makes systematic considerations in regard to reforming curriculum system,teaching contents and methods of medical education,strengthening practical teaching basis,promoting "general education",developing life education of medicine,and advocating to establish a study-oriented society.Besides,he also puts forward some feasible countermeasures. |
