摘    要:教育评价改革作为"提高教育治理能力和水平,加快推进教育现代化、建设教育强国、办好人民满意的教育"的重要环节,其目的在于完善立德树人机制,扭转不科学的教育评价导向。乡村学校发展评价的进一步改革,应当考虑将乡土文化功能纳入其中,使标准化评价走向强调个性与特色的差异化评价。将乡土文化功能纳入乡村学校发展评价体系,应从可达成程度、多样化程度、综合影响程度三方面入手整体构建评价体系的内容,使乡村学校发展评价更具针对性、多样性,体现差异化评价的理念,这也是今后乡村学校评价改革与发展的方向。

Abstract:Education evaluation is an important method,which can"improve the ability and level of education governance,accelerate the modernization of education,build a strong country in education and run education that satisfies the people."Its purpose is to improve the system of fostering morality and cultivating talents and to reverse the unscientific education evaluation orientation.The further reform of the evaluation of development of rural schools should consider including the local culture function,so that the standardized evaluation will move towards a differentiated evaluation that emphasizes individuality and characteristics.Incorporating the local culture function into the evaluation system of rural school development,the content of the overall evaluation system should be constructed from the three aspects:achievable level,diversification level and comprehensive influence level.This can make the evaluation of rural school development more targeted and diverse,and reflect the concept of differentiated evaluation.This will be the direction of the future reform and development of rural school evaluation.
