| 摘 要： | 近年来高校学术期刊在办刊的过程中教育功能出现了弱化现象,主要表现为:急于"拔高",忽视对作者的培养;编辑任务繁重,无心培育作者;编辑道德失范,教育功能缺失.提出了加强教育功能的对策.

| Abstract: | In recent years,there has been a growing concern about the weakening of educational functions of university academic journals. It mainly shown in following aspects: 1) Too egger to improve the academic quality while neglecting the learning process of authors;2) Editors' indifference to authors' cultivation due to their overload work;3) Editors'declining moral standards.
