| 摘 要： | 如今,地方高校特色意识日益增强,注重借鉴国外高校办学特色建设的经验,逐步将特色办学视为发展战略。但是存在着办学定位趋同化、人才培养目标和模式趋同化以及为特色而特色的问题。转换政府职能、选准办学特色是建设特色型地方高校的有效途径。

| Abstract: | This paper takes schooling characteristics for study object and conducts demonstration and theoretical study.At present,the awareness of local university characteristics has been enhanced,foreign experience of building characteristic universities has been drawn on,demonstration and theoretical research have been carried out gradually and characteristic schooling has been taken as development strategy.However,there exist the problems of schooling orientation convergence,training objectives and mode convergence and characteristics for characteristics' sake.This paper proposes the programs including the transformation of government functions,exact choice of schooling characteristics in the quest to have a good grip of the construction of characteristic local universities. |
