我国知识密集型服务企业员工合作与冲突行为动因实证研究

摘    要:依据我国知识密集型服务企业(KIBS企业)的特点及该类企业内部员工的特质构建员工行为模型,采用数理统计分析方法对KIBS企业员工的合作与冲突行为进行了调查分析。通过多元线性回归方程系数的确定找出影响我国KIBS企业员工行为的主要动因,得出我国KIBS企业内部员工管理范式正在变革的结论。
