| 摘 要： | 家庭暴力是影响社会和谐发展的一个重要问题。我国婚姻法规定了家庭暴力损害赔偿制度，但该制度在损害赔偿的主体、范围等方面存在一些不足之处。进一步完善家庭暴力损害赔偿制度，遏制家庭暴力，是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。

| Abstract: | Family violence is an important problem that influences our society to develop in harmony. Although Chinese marriage law has set compensation system for family violence damages, there still exist shortcomings in the main body and scope of the compensation for damages. Further perfection of compensation system for family violence damages and curbing family violence are inevitable demands to build socialism harmonious society. |
