| 摘 要： | 高等学校国有资产是国家的一项重大投资 ,加强国有资产的管理是高校比较紧迫的问题。目前高校在国有资产管理上存在的问题主要有 :产权不明确、制度不健全等 ,本文就加强高校国有资产提出一些对策 ,主要在完善国有资产机构、国有资产管理与财务管理相结合、国有资产管理与财务审计监督相结合等方面加强国有资产管理。使高校的国有资产核算与管理水平不断提高 ,为国家节约资金、提高国有资产的使用效率、保证国有资产完整。

| Abstract: | National assets in higher learing institutions is an important national investment.It is an urgent problem for colleges and universities to strengthen the management of national assets including indefinite property rights,imperfect rules and regulations,etc.Here are the countermeasures given on how to strengthen the management of national assets.That is,the management of national assets can be reinforced by perfecting rules and regulations of national assets and by combining the management of national assets with the management of financial affairs and financial affairs audit supervision.In this way,business accounting and the management of national assets is improving,which can save on funds,make full use of national assets and stop it from being lost. |
