| 摘 要： | 微格教学为师范生教学技能的培训提供了现代化的教学手段。根据新课程的实施对教师培养的要求,分析了当前微格教学存在的问题,并提出了新课程下微格教学的培训模式,旨在为新课程的实施培养合格师资。
