| 摘 要： | 大学生党建工作是高校育人工作的重要组成部分。做好高校学生党建工作,是全面加强高校学生思想政治工作的有效途径,具有十分重要的意义。本文从高校学生党建工作中的党员标准把握、发展程序和培养步骤等方面进行阐述,对新时期高校党建工作进行积极的探索和思考。
