| 摘 要： | 基于当前社会竞争压力的视角,运用文献资料、专家访谈、实地调研等研究方法,并结合笔者近些年来一线教学实践经历,对我国独立学院的体育课程教学现状进行分析,梳理其存在的问题,剖析影响当前独立学院体育教学改革的因素,并在此基础之上提出:体育教学改革应以培养社会复合型人才为目标,体育课程设置应以满足学生实际体育需求为标准,充实师资队伍力量和加快场地器材建设是体育教学改革的关键之所在。
