“岗位参与”影响教师专业发展的实证分析

摘    要:影响教师专业水平的途径有很多,但岗位工作肯定是最重要也是最直接的途径。教师对教学专业工作最愿意投入,但投入深度并不够。教师对学校工作参与程度越大,更能感受到学校对教师专业发展工作的重视,也更有利于他们自己社会地位、职业满意度和同事关系的接受与认可。总体而言,鼓励教师参与学校工作,尤其是教学专业工作和教学管理工作,有利于教师专业水平的整体提升。
