| 摘 要： | 鉴于技术标准联盟在技术标准确立与扩散中的作用,技术标准联盟已成为我国信息产业的一种普遍现象,研究其发展规律对我国技术标准联盟的顺利发展具有重要的现实意义。从技术标准联盟的发展特征出发,分析了影响其发展的因素,据此将技术标准联盟的发展分为五个阶段,分析了各阶段的特点,最后对我国技术标准联盟的发展提出了相关的建议。

| Abstract: | Because the technical standard alliance plays a significant role in the establishment and diffusion of the technical standards, so it has become a pervasive phenomenon of information industry and the research on its development rule has very important practical significance in China. Starting with the analysis of the development characteristics of the technical standard alliance, this paper divides its development into five parts based on the research of the factors influencing its development, and provides some advice for the development of the technical standard alliance in China in the end. |
