| 摘 要： | 大力发展职业教育，其核心问题是要有一支高水平的师资队伍，特别是骨干教师和专业带头人，我们通过调查分析认为，实施以培养中，高职师资为目标的硕士研究生教育很有必要，并依据中，高等职业学校骨干教师和专业带头人应具备的素质，提出了在职技高师培养具有硕士学位的职业教育骨干教师和专业带头人培养方案的设想。

| Abstract: | The key probnlems within the development of vocationl education is the high quality teachers, especially the backbones. Through the investigation and analysis, this paper lay stress on the trainning of postgrates for secondary & higher vocational education teachers and also put forward the trainning plan for the higher vocational technical teachers. |
