| 摘 要： | 本文从美学角度出发，依据瑜伽本身的特征，详细地阐述了瑜伽的姿态关、健康关、外在的环境美、内在的心境美以及瑜伽的音乐美等美学特征，充分诠释了瑜伽美的特质，体现了现代人对关的追求，同时进一步阐述瑜伽教学中应如何对学生进行关的培养。

| Abstract: | From an aesthetic point of view, this paper makes detailed explanation on beauty of the learner＇s posture and fitness, beautifulness of the external training environment and leaner＇ s internal mood, as well as Yoga＇ s polished music, etc. based on Yoga＇ s characteristics, focuses on modern people＇ s pursuit of beauty and gives farther exposition about how to cultivate the learner＇s sense of aesthetics during Yoga＇ s teaching process. |
