| 摘 要： | 随着教育民主思想的发展,教育公平越来越受到人们的普遍关注。残疾人作为社会中的弱势群体,他们在行使和享有教育权利与教育资源上是否受到公平的对待,反映了一国的民主化程度。本文站在教育公平的视野下,从教育理念、教育内容以及教育环境三个不同层面来探讨残疾人高等教育问题。
