| 摘 要： | 在分析知识与信息资源内涵的基础上，构建了知识与信息资源的传播处理机制。认为所有的信息资源都可以通过媒介传播，显性知识可以通过媒介传播，隐性知识无法通过媒介传播，信息在传播中的耗散要超过知识。知识擘习的代价超过信息资源获取，知识积累和创新有利于信息资源的传播处理，知识传播和利用总是从知识信息传播开始的。

| Abstract: | This paper compares transmission and transaction mechanism between information resource and knowledge based on analyzing the content of knowledge and information resource. All information resource and obvious knowledge may transmit through media but tacit knowledge cannot. The distortion of information is more than knowledge during transmitting. Information resource should first be used because the cost of information resource is less than knowledge. Knowledge is the root power of social development, and it's useful for information transmission and transaction. It's necessary to modify OECD's knowledge definition because knowledge information is the beginning of knowledge transmission and transaction. |
