| 摘 要： | 代建制的实施效果主要依赖于代建单位的努力程度，因此业主对代建单位的有效激励是能否充分发挥代建职能的关键。本文基于博弈理论，通过均衡分析发现，业主应当把代建单位和承包商当作一个代理集团联合体来看待，让他们相互监督，使其收益与工作绩效挂钩，这样才能激发他们工作的积极性。

| Abstract: | The implementation results of construction agent system mainly depend on the effort of construction agent Companies. so effective incentive for owners to construction agent cormanies will be the key generation playing to the functions of construction agent. Based on the Game Theory. the paper analysis and find construction agent companies and contractors should be viewed as a proxy Commonwealth Group. mutual supervision and yield and performance linked which can stimulate their enthusiasm for work. |
