摘    要:为探讨不同负荷量作用后的机体靶细胞GR的变化特征,本实验复制两种不同运动负荷量的动物运动模型,分别比较:(1)不同强度运动训练后大鼠心、肾胞液GR的变化;(2)7周递增运动负荷训练后大鼠肝胞液GR结合量的变化。采用竞争性蛋白结合分析法检测血浆皮质酮浓度;放射配体结合分析法测定靶细胞胞液糖皮质激素受体结合量。结果发现,运动后GR减少呈运动负荷量依赖性。对这种变化的可能机制和生理意义进行了讨论。

Abstract:In order to expound the effects of various training load volumes on GR, the study used two kinds of experimental models with different training load volumes and made a comparison on (1) the changes of GR in rats' kidney cytosol after various training load intensity; (2) the changes of GR binding capacity in rats' lever cytosol after the seven - week training of progressive increasing load. Meanwhile, plasma corticosterone was determined by the method of competitive binding assay, and the GR in cytosol was measured by radioligand binding assay. The results show that the decrease in glucocorticoid binding capacity after physical training was in a dependent manner of training load volume. The possible mechanism and the physiological significance of these changes are discussed in the present paper.
