| 摘 要： | 在今天,高等教育改革风起云涌,但由于大学组织特性使然,高等教育改革有其固有的特殊性.具体而言,在改革的进程中,出于大学自治、学术自由等内在逻辑的要求,高等教育既要摆脱对政府的依附,又要避免步入营利性部门的误区,只有向第三部门的方向发展.因为,就目前而言,现代大学的命脉仍在于自治与非营利.

| Abstract: | Higher education reform likes rising winds and scudding clouds. In the reformation, because of the autonomy and academic freedom of university, higher education has to get away from the dependence of government and avoid the mistake of making money, to change the direction of its development only by heading for the third sector. At present, the life vein of the modern university is still autonomy and non-for-profit. |
