| 摘 要： | 大学生自我教育是思想政治教育有效的教育方式,也是思想政治教育的内在要求和归宿,而辅导员是高等学校从事德育工作,开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。因此积极研究高校辅导员在大学生自我教育过程中角色的践行对于提高高校大学生思想政治教育工作的实效性具有重要的意义。
