| 摘 要： | 在对“质量工程”实施的背景、价值蕴含等做了较为细致分析的基础上,提出了“质量工程”视野下丰富和完善本科教学管理内涵的必要性和可能性;并就“质量工程”实施过程中如何保障本科教学质量,从科学规划、突出重点、创新管理机制、提高管理执行力、提升质量文化等5个方面分别进行了阐述。
