| 摘 要： | 分析了我国鲜活植物产品贮藏保鲜与专业技术人才培养的现状和存在的问题,提出了开办农产品贮藏工程与技术专业,培养具有现代生物学、工程学、信息学及贸易学知识和技术,具有国际观的现代复合型农产品贮藏保鲜专门人才的建议.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the present situation and problems in fresh plant product storage and cultivation of professional personnel in this field in China.And what is more,it proposes to establish the specialty of engineering and technology of fresh agricultural product storage,aiming at cultivating professional personnel who have knowledge of modern biology,engineering,trade,and international-outlook. |
