| Abstract: | The ability to foster technical innovations at colleges and universities affects the scientific research level of scientific research institutions directly.By analyzing the superiority of talents in technical innovations at institutions of higher learning,this article puts forward prominent problems that exist in technical innovation activity at present at colleges and universities and proposes some countermeasures and measures to encourage technical innovations in institutions of higher learning. |
