| 摘 要： | 互联网是促进执政现代化的重要工具和手段。加强干部选拔任用全过程监督,要充分发挥网络功能,提高干部选拔任用过程的公开性透明度,拓展监督的视野和路径,形成信息化网络监督系统;整合各部门监督、上下级监督和党内外监督,加强群众监督和舆论监督,从而构建多渠道、多向度、全方位的开放式社会监督体系：推进干部选拔任用监督工作的现代化水平。

| Abstract: | The Internet is an important tool to promote the modernization of power and rule.To strengthen the supervision of the entire process of selecting and appointing cadres,the functions of network must be well utilized to enhance the publicity and transparence in the process of selecting and appointing cadres,to expand the monitoring vision and path,to form the information network of monitoring system,to integrate the supervisions from multi departments,upper and lower organizations and inside and outside the party, and to strengthen supervisions from mass medias and public opinions in order to build a multi - channels, multi - dimensions, full- range and opennessoriented social supervision system for selecting and appointing cadres to promote the modernization of supervision. |
